Duties
- Develop innovative packaging concepts aligned with project briefs, production lead times, and sustainability goals.
- Create technical drawings using SolidWorks and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analyze technical specifications and engineering drawings to determine product dimensions, materials, and physical characteristics.
- Troubleshoot and improve new and existing packaging solutions to enhance functionality, quality, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging designs meet performance, aesthetic, and cost requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be ambitious, motivated and professional.
- 2-3 years of design engineer experience.
- Think analytically and creatively.
- Experience prototyping and creating samples.
- Excellent proficiency in 3D CAD software (Solidworks) and Adobe Suite.
- Knowledgeable with packaging materials, including paper/cardboard, wood, plastic and metal are aplus.
- Ability to work with creative and industrial teams.
- Experience within Cosmetics, Spirits and Beauty industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skillsAbility to work individually and with a global team.
